To the south, Rinia Park and the lively Blloku district are where Tirana comes out to eat and drink in the evening, while the Grand Park and its artificial lake give you room to breathe on a warm afternoon. Spring and autumn bring the mildest weather; summer is hot and the winter months the wettest, so plan a few indoor stops if you travel then.
